Shipping and Delivery

Once you have placed your order, we will deliver your package within 2-3 business days using standard shipping.

As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with the tracking number. You can track your parcel at any time using the tracking link.

You can always see whether your order has already been sent or is still being prepared in your customer account under "Orders".

You will receive your parcel within 2-3 working days. Your parcel will be delivered Monday to Friday.

The Swiss Post is our carrier for deliveries within Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

If an item has been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately by emailing info@themanhouse.ch. If you give us your order number, we can help you quickly.

Order

As soon as you place your order, you will receive the order confirmation by e-mail.

It may happen that our emails end up in your SPAM folder. Please always check your SPAM folder.

If you have not received an order confirmation, then your order has not been sent to us. Please try to order again or contact us by email at info@themanhouse.ch. If your credit card / PayPal account has been charged, contact us by email and tell us the transaction number.

Did you order the wrong product? Then you can cancel your order.

Your order has already been shipped? If your package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us. The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.

Yes, you can enter a different delivery address during the ordering process. Click on "Billing address differs from shipping address".

Only undamaged and originally packed products can be returned and refunded.

We use certified encryption technology to protect your data from unauthorized access by third parties. Your order and credit card details are transmitted to us in encrypted form, using SSL (Secure Socket Layer). All personal information is handled confidentially.

TWINT Payment

With TWINT, you can pay for your purchases in our online store quickly and securely.

It does not matter who you bank with: TWINT is available to everybody. Ideally, you should select the TWINT app of a bank with which you have an account. This will allow you to link the app to your bank account.

Step 2: Once the QR code is displayed, open the TWINT app and scan the QR code.
Step 3: Confirm the payment and you’re done!

PayPal is an online payment service, with which you can make payments in online shops simply and free of charge. Your bank or credit card details are only logged with PayPal. For this reason, they are not sent again via the Internet with each online purchase. You can pay with just two clicks. Because you re-access the bank or credit card details logged with PayPal, instead of entering them each time you make a purchase.

In order to avoid delays in processing your order, please ensure that your name, card number, expiry date and security code are entered correctly as displayed on your card. The security code is the last 3 digits printed over the top of the signature field on the back of your MasterCard or VISA card. On American Express cards, the 4-digit security code is printed on the front of the card, to the right above your card number.

Your data will be protected by the secure SSL encryption method and processed immediately. The purchase amount will be taken as soon as you have placed your order.

As an external payment provider, MF Group/POWERPAY offers the payment option ‘Pay by invoice’. You can simply pay for your online purchase by invoice using the order invoice. If you do not make the payment within the specified period, you will receive a subsequent monthly invoice the following month with an order overview.

When a purchase agreement is made, POWERPAY takes on the amount receivable and processes it using the payment method selected. By selecting purchase by invoice, you are also agreeing to our GTC, POWERPAY’s GTC. (powerpay.ch/en/agb).

Please transfer the invoice amount to our bank account. You will receive our order confirmation by email containing bank details and order number. Goods will be reserved 7 days for you and we'll process the order immediately after receiving the payment.

My Account

No. You can also order as a guest. However, you will not be able to track the status of your order.

If you sign in, you can always check the status of your order in your customer account under "Orders".

You can change your password in your customer account under "Information".

Click on "Forgot Password" in the login window. You will receive an email to reset your password.

You can manage your address book in your customer account under "Addresses". You have the option of saving several addresses.
